Customer Service

There are two levels of customer support. A cardholder could speak to a live customer service representative or they could work with the automated voice system. We make a very strong effort to keep the customers happy with our products. Our automated service provides three different languages to all new cardholders; English, Spanish and Portuguese to assist customers with they’re needs. We provide them with a 1-800 number staffed with support personnel available 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

Our retail outlets are 'customers' and represent our primary source of revenue. Therefore, we make every effort to keep our retail outlets satisfied. Many of our retail outlets do not carry a large inventory of cards; therefore, we offer an overnight delivery service for new purchases.

The customer support personnel maintain regular contact with their assigned retail outlets to determine how business is going, whether we need to send them new promotional materials and if they require a replenishment of their inventory.

When a cardholder receives their new card, they must call and activate it with one of our representatives. If a problem occurs, the customer is encouraged to contact the 1-800 customer service representative to assist them in any way possible. The retail outlets appreciate this service because it provides the retailer a positive relationship with new and established customers.
