Consumer cards are available as general use disposable cards or as re-loadable cards that allow access at ATM’s or retailers.
Consumer card products include prepaid cash cards; refund cards for purchase returns and promotional cash reward cards.

• Purchase goods and services at millions of stores, restaurants, and other businesses worldwide
• Get cash back on POS purchases at participating retailers
• Pay bills online
• Withdraw cash as needed at ATM’s worldwide
• If card carries MasterCard/Visa logo, it can be used at ATM and POS terminals worldwide that accept Cirrus or Maestro.

Flexibility:
• Funds can be reloaded to the card in several different ways, including from other ATM/debit cards
• No checking account or credit card needed as consumer card completes the same transactions with a limited amount of money available
• Parents have the ability to monitor all transaction activity and restrict card usage to certain types of merchants, set authorization limits, or receive email alerts on unapproved purchases.
